These terms govern your use of Ooshas Prep's coaching platform, courses, and services. Please read them carefully before enrolling — they cover payments, refunds, account use, and what to expect from us.
By using ooshasprep.com Platform, owned by Ooshas Company, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions Terms. In case you do not agree to any of the terms mentioned below, then you should not make use of the Platform.
One must be of at least 16 years of age in order to register and utilize our services.
Test preparation coaching is offered at Ooshas Prep via online mode for IELTS, GRE, GMAT, SAT, TOEFL, and PTE, among others such as: live & recorded classes, mock/practice tests, study material, and mentoring, as detailed on our courses page.
We make no promise regarding any particular score or admissions or scholarship outcomes. The results of coaching are based on individual effort and other factors.
The confidentiality of your account is in your hands, and so is all activity associated with your account. If you feel that your account is being misused, please contact us immediately on support@ooshasprep.com.
Any information, videos, question banks, materials used during courses, as well as any branding associated with the Platform belongs to Ooshas Prep or its licensors and is protected under copyrights and other intellectual property rights. The following actions are not allowed:
-Copying, reproducing, distributing, and reselling any information related to the courses
-Sharing access to courses with people who are not enrolled
-Recording any live lessons without prior permission
Violation of this clause may lead to suspension of the account.
You promise that you will not:
-Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
-Try to obtain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or the Platform
-Upload malicious software, spam, or disruptive materials
-Misrepresent yourself as another individual or organization
-Harrass teachers, mentors, or any other users
We may suspend or terminate your account in case of violating these Terms without a refund.
Ooshas Prep is a private test prep company and does not represent any of the following organizations: ETS (GRE/TOEFL), GMAC (GMAT), IELTS/British Council/IDP, or Pearson (PTE). To register for the tests, students must register directly on their websites. We do not control the scheduling, score reporting, or any third-party costs that may apply to the testing process.
The Platform and its contents are offered on an available basis, with no representations, endorsements, or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any particular purpose. We cannot guarantee that the Platform will be continuous or error free..
As far as the law allows, Ooshas Prep will not be responsible in any way for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Platform, such as, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or even admission results. The aggregate liability of Ooshas Prep for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the particular service that gives rise to such claims.
You agree to indemnify and hold Ooshas Prep, its founders, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses that may result from your breach of these Terms and/or improper use of the Platform.
We can suspend or stop your access to the Platform anytime, either with or without notice, if we think that you are violating the terms here and/or causing harm to other people, ourselves, or anyone else. You can stop your account anytime by contacting support@ooshasprep.com.
The Terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any controversies or disputes whatsoever arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be exclusively decided by the courts of e.g., Jaipur, Rajasthan.
In case of any dispute, before the institution of any proceedings, both Parties agree to try to settle such dispute informally by contacting support@ooshasprep.com.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Use of the Platform after the posting of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those terms..
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
